Accessibility statement
Available reading and navigation controls, the limits of verification, and how to request help.

Access to the same portfolio information
The Minecraft-inspired presentation should support reading the portfolio and finding evidence of my work. The design uses semantic headings, labelled controls, keyboard navigation and responsive layouts. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is a reference for improvement, not a claim that this release has been independently certified or that every success criterion has been verified.
Language controls and translated policy editions support different reading preferences. Proper names, source documents and some externally linked material may remain in their original language. Contact me if a translation or presentation creates a barrier.
Reading, motion and sound controls
Open the world menu's reading controls to choose a plain reading font, stronger contrast, reduced motion or to turn keyboard shortcuts off. You can separately pause the scenery. Device reduced-motion preferences are also respected. Image galleries advance only when you choose a control or make a supported swipe; they do not auto-rotate.
Decorative backgrounds change slowly over time; the landing page keeps one background. Pausing scenery or enabling reduced motion stops those changes.
The website supports keyboard use with visible focus. A skip link moves to the current content. Tabs use arrow keys to move focus and Enter or Space to select a chapter or panel. Dialogs keep focus inside while open, provide a labelled close control and can be closed with Escape. Closing a dialog returns focus to an appropriate control. Gallery previous and next buttons provide an alternative to swiping.
Opening or reloading a page always begins silently, even when you have saved enabled audio preferences. Use Start audio or deliberately enable a sound channel to begin. Background music and click sounds have separate switches and volume controls, with a shared mute control. A saved mute remains in effect until you choose to start or resume audio. The page also stops sound when it is hidden or you leave it; returning requires another deliberate start or resume action. Moving between worlds or changing language within the same document preserves your current playback choice.
Every portfolio task remains available without sound. Audio playback and browser restrictions can vary by device; the controls display unavailable or blocked-playback feedback when an audio feature cannot start. You can keep audio off or mute it without changing the visual or navigation features.
Testing and known limitations
Checks include automated accessibility rules and keyboard, focus, responsive layout and motion scenarios in browser engines. Automated tests and simulated viewports do not replace evaluation by people using assistive technology. This statement does not claim participant research, a completed manual screen-reader audit or testing on every physical device.
The interface retains pixel styling, and some photographs, project reports and third-party material may be harder to read at small sizes. Full-image links and available reading controls provide alternatives. The downloadable policy PDFs are print editions; they are not represented as tagged PDF/UA documents. Use the HTML policy pages for the more accessible structured reading version. External destinations may have separate accessibility limitations.
Tell me about a barrier
Email kunmingaden@gmail.com if you cannot use a feature or need information in another format. Please include the page or task, the problem, and your device, browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing that detail. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
Describe the information you need as well as the obstacle so that an alternative can be considered. I welcome specific feedback and will use it to guide improvements, but cannot promise a fixed response time or support every requested format.
