Website terms

A personal portfolio

Goh Kun Ming publishes this website to present public work, education, volunteering, projects and interests. These terms explain the conditions for using the website. It is not a shop, a recruitment platform or an offer to enter into a professional engagement. A link, conversation with the local guide or résumé request does not create an employment, client or advisory relationship.

Project notes describe particular work and learning contexts. Examples, research observations and prototype results should be read with their stated scope. They do not promise equivalent results in another setting and should not be treated as professional advice or as an employer's official statement. Please contact kunmingaden@gmail.com to clarify a claim or discuss an engagement.

Content, credits and reuse

Copyright, trademarks and other rights remain with their respective owners. This portfolio uses the Blockcraft Portfolio template by Code Constellation. Its licence permits portfolio use and modification, but prohibits redistribution or resale of the template itself and claiming authorship of the original template. Publishing this portfolio does not grant visitors those rights.

Photographs, report excerpts, artwork, music, sound effects, icons, software, organisation names and linked material may have different rights holders or licence terms. Credits identify provenance; they are not a general permission to copy, commercialise, train on or redistribute the material. A separately linked source repository or document may specify its own licence. Ask the relevant rights holder if you need permission beyond uses allowed by law or an applicable licence.

The themed background scenes are fictional, generated illustrations. They do not document attendance, affiliation or endorsement. Factual work and education details are presented separately.

The optional background composition and wooden click effects were created for this portfolio. They are original synthesised audio, not official Minecraft recordings or C418 tracks. The thematic description does not claim endorsement, ownership of Minecraft music or guaranteed exclusive copyright in generated material.

Minecraft and associated names, branding and game assets belong to their respective rights holders, including Mojang and Microsoft. This is an independently maintained portfolio. NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT WEBSITE. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. The themed presentation does not imply their endorsement of the portfolio, its owner or any featured organisation.

Using the website responsibly

You may browse the portfolio, use its local features and follow its public links for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its availability, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious content, impersonate its owner, or misuse personal information shown on it.

The optional progress display and mining activity are decorative local features. They have no monetary value and do not represent a qualification, account entitlement or reward. The guide is a limited way to explore public portfolio content; its responses are not a communication from me. Please report mistakes through the contact address.

Optional AI answers

When configured and explicitly enabled, live AI can produce inaccurate, outdated or invented information. Its replies are not messages, promises, approvals or professional advice from Goh Kun Ming. Verify important claims against the linked evidence or contact me. The selected AWS service remains subject to activation checks; request limits, security controls, provider access and usage budgets may interrupt or stop it. The local guide remains an alternative.

Accuracy, external links and availability

I aim to present accurate information, but content can become outdated or contain errors. The website and its downloads are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or suitability for a particular purpose. Content and features may be corrected, changed or removed.

External websites are operated by their own providers. A link is provided for context and does not guarantee that site's accuracy, safety, availability or future content. Review its terms before relying on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right, remedy or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These terms do not change the terms of a separate agreement you may make with me or a third party. The translated editions are intended to convey the same conditions; please contact me about any difference before relying on an uncertain passage.
